My KL trip April'09

Breakfast @ McD with mom before flying off to KL

Prawn fishing place @ Setapak. Really something totally new for me.

Late lunch

Dinner. Highly recommended @ Sunway Pyramid

Lavender shake. They really put those lavender flower buds inside. Tasted really lavender-ish!

Badminton time!!! While shopping for a pillow, hahahah

Laksa Shack, high recommended. Love the Singaporean seafood laksa, must try!

Subway, healthy meal for all

Gelato ice-cream @ 1 Utama

Korean Fair

Food at Ikea foodcourt. This is Daim chocolate pie. Really nice

Famous meatballs, but tasted normal to me, nothing special

Boston Wings, tasted normal too.

Big crowd at the foodcourt, CRAZY!

The Curve

Top view

Dinner. I like the place. Nice environment, extra friendly waters/waitresses, good service. It's all about Forest Gump. Pricey, but worth a visit.

Show this sign if you wanna order / assistant

show this if you are ok with everything

Bowling @ Pyramid

Competition of the best ASS. Whose ass is better looking?? (LOL)

Guess I'm the winner. LOL!

Karaoke @ Red Box

Food

Dinner. New place, nice environment, and good food. A bit pricey though, but still ok.

On the way to Lowyat. People on the street are making movies/documentary. Not sure. Really distracting the traffic flow as they need the road shoots.

Late Dinner @ home. Tapau food from Jasco at 30% off. Nice adn not too costly. hahaha.

Meeting my sis Florence & family @ Midvalley. My niece Gianna

Lunch @ Carl's Jr

My dear sis Florence

Florence and Family

Yum!! I love the fries, much better than McD

Fruit juice near Ampang Park

Muffins while having juices

Melaka here we are!! We staye just a street away from Jonker Street, famous street which sells food and other interesting stuff.

Popiah seller

The place we stayed in. A guesthouse. Middle of the house have those plants and a well!! Very rare to see. Really nyonya style

See the well. It's unused, just for decoration I think.

The lobby, hahahaha

Went to A'Famosa for short visit. Not really into historical things. But at least I was there.

then we head off to the Potuguese Settlement. Nice sea view. No beach, coz it's rocky. The sunset not bad, as good as in Layanga in Labuan.

I'm not berjiwang ah, just some random shots

The restaurant there serves good seafood. A bit pricey, but at least I've tried.

All the food sellers trying to lure us to dine at their stalls. Felt very uncomfortable coz all of them gather around us trying hard to persuade us. But surprisingly they are friendly among the competitors. All we need to do is to name the stall that we going to eat and they won't bother us anymore, wauh!!! Pressure!!!

Eye of Melaka?

Then we head back and walk at the famous Jonker Street. Really pack with people.

they even have a place to dance.

See, they are dancing. I'm not sure they haev to pay a fee or not. But really interesting to see.

Cendol durian!

Laksa

Almost the end of the street, there's a big stage where everybody can take part to sing Karaoke. Just bring their own CD and the organiser will play them.

Next day, nothing better to do, sing karaoke at a small box at one of the gaming arcade in Mahkota Parade.

Small cubicle right? hahahaha. Can't believe we did that.

Next, famous chicken rice balls

Dinner at William's @ SS2 PJ. Everything is BIG!!!

Birthday surprise. Really didn't expect it. And I almost forgot my brithday too, hahahaha. Guess I was too tired to notice it. the trip was good, tiring, but still I enjoyed it.

On the way to KLIA. Been quite a while since I sat on MAS from KL back to Labuan. Got this super deal for RM70 only!!

ERL. Took me only 28mins to KLIA, super fast!!
